to join our team and help drive the organization's HR strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the HR department and oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and compliance. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs to align with organizational goals and UAE labor laws. Manage recruitment processes, ensuring the sourcing and hiring of top talent to meet the company's growing needs. Advise and support managers and staff on employee relations issues, performance concerns, and conflict resolution. Lead performance management programs, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback. Manage the payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth. Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices. Build and maintain a positive company culture, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum of

12 years of experience

in Human Resources, with a strong generalist background. At least

8 Years in a managerial role

, with demonstrated leadership skills. Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. Experience in managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and training. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. A master degree in Human Resources Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
