Job Description

The HR Manager for Facilities Management (FM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the FM department. This role ensures that the company attracts, hires, develops, and retains qualified employees, while also fostering a positive work environment that aligns with the organization's goals and values.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of open communication.
• Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement performance management systems.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on performance appraisals and employee development.
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Manage employee benefits programs and resolve any related issues.
• Develop HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Provide HR insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare and manage the HR department budget.
• Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate health and safety training and initiative.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in facilities management or a related industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
