Job Description
I am currently working with a professional services organisation on a fixed term contract, of 6 \xe2\x80\x93 9 months, for a Regional HR Manager to be based in Dubai.This role requires an immediate start and the successful applicant must have their own visa.As Regional HR Manager you will be responsible for \xe2\x80\x93
- Managing employee relation cases
- Dealing with senior stakeholders remotely
- Overseeing recruitment processes
- Managing day to day HR Operations
- Implementing global learning processes locally
- Onboarding new employees
- Responsible for 5 regions in the Middle East
- Liaising and managing third party contracts
