Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. Administer employee benefits, payroll, and performance management systems. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive company culture. Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a fair and effective manner. Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations. Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters. Assist in the development of training programs and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's /Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (5+ UAE years) as an HR Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite; experience with HR software.
