Job Description

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions for our brand, from recruitment to employee relations. You will play a key role in shaping the HR strategy and building a company culture that reflects our values of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. This position offers a unique opportunity to be a foundational part of a growing brand in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring that the best candidates are hired to meet the company's needs.

Employee Relations:

Provide support to employees by addressing their concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Training & Development:

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the professional growth of our team members.

HR Policies & Compliance:

Ensure that Miruna complies with all UAE labor laws, regulations, and best practices. Update company policies as needed to reflect legal changes.

Performance Management:

Collaborate with department heads to implement and maintain a performance review system, providing feedback and helping to set career goals for employees.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs to ensure timely and accurate payments, while maintaining company policies and budgets.

Culture & Employee Engagement:

Drive initiatives to promote Miruna's company culture, organizing team-building activities and employee wellness programs to foster a motivated and productive workforce.

HR Strategy & Reporting:

Work closely with the management team to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, and provide regular reports on HR metrics, trends, and challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree

in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of HR experience

, with a proven track record of managing HR functions within the UAE market.

Experience in the fashion industry

is highly desirable, though not essential. Strong knowledge of

UAE labor laws

and HR best practices.

Excellent communication

and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels. Demonstrated ability to

manage multiple tasks

in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in HR software

and Microsoft Office applications.

Fluent in English

, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage.
