HR Manager - Hospitality Industry

Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry? We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our team. This role is only open to candidates who have worked as an HR professional in a hotel - this is a non-negotiable requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR strategies to support the hotel's operational goals.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
Foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.
Provide HR support and guidance to management and staff.
Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures professionally.
Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records.
Implement training and development programs to enhance staff performance.
Requirements:
? Proven experience as an HR Manager in a hotel (this is a mandatory requirement).
? Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and hospitality industry standards.
? Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple HR functions.
? Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
