Job Description

Required HR Manager We are seeking an experienced

HR Manager

to lead our human resources operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance with UAE labor laws, and overall HR strategy to support business goals.

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum

5-8 years

of HR experience, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of

UAE labor laws and HR best practices

. Experience with

HR software and payroll management systems

. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:



Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. Knowledge of

Emiratization policies

and compliance requirements. Fluency in

English; Arabic is a plus

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
