Lavisa Travel & Tourism LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the UAE and a strong background in handling all HR-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment and selection processes Administer employee benefits and compensation Oversee employee relations and resolve any issues Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee development programs Maintain and update employee records Manage payroll and attendance systems

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
