Zapegg Tax Consultant is a leader in providing exceptional tax advisory services, known for its innovative solutions and client-first approach. We are looking for a strategic and experienced HR Manager to join our Dubai office. This role is pivotal in building a positive and productive workplace, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, and ensuring the success of our team.


Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
• Supervise the performance management process, including appraisals and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies in all HR operations.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Identify training needs and organize professional development programs for employees.
• Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution with fairness and professionalism.
• Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.


Qualifications and Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
• 5+ years of experience in an HR management role, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and foster a collaborative culture.
