Position Description/ Objective :
Our company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews
- Develop and implement employee retention programs, including employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and training and development opportunities
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including annual salary reviews and benefits enrollment
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, providing guidance to managers, and resolving conflicts
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure HR data accuracy and integrity, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports
- Manage HR budget and expenses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
