• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Forecast workforce needs and develop talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs.
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process to integrate new employees effectively.
• Employee Relations:
• Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a positive work environment.

• Performance Management:

• HR Analytics and Reporting:
• Use data and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations for the management team.

• Lead HR initiatives during organizational changes such as restructuring or mergers.
• Act as a mediator and change agent to ensure smooth transitions.
• Health, Safety, and Well-being:
• Promote health and safety compliance in the workplace.
• Implement wellness programs and initiatives to support employee well-being.
Qualifications
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
• Certifications:
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP, SPHR) are advantageous.
• Experience:
• 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the FMCG or similar fast-paced industry is highly desirable.
