The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the QSR industry and a proven track record in developing HR policies and implementing effective learning and development programs.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonuses- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records- Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on conflict resolution- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR managementQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the QSR industry- Proven experience in developing HR policies and implementing learning and development programs- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
