We are a limousine service with the Head office located in Dubai and performing individual transfers and rides with our customers through a number of ride-hailing applications (Uber, YanGo, Careem) and private companies (Busfer, Intui Travel). We offer our clients both one-time trips and hourly rent of a limousine vehicle with a driver.

Our mission : to provide transportation for customers that is as safe, innovative and on time as the city of Dubai itself.

Our goal : To become the largest and most reliable passenger transportation company in the Middle East

Since October, 2023 our drivers completed almost 200,000 trips in Dubai and to other emirates. We always grow, increase fleet with such vehicles as Tesla model Y, Tesla model 3, Toyota Highlander and others and hire new professional drivers. There are 85 vehicles and 150 drivers in our Company with average rating 4.92. Till the end of the next 2025 year we have a plan to grow up to 200 vehicles and 390 drivers and to establish a new limousine company in Saudi Arabia.

And as we continue growing, we need a talented Human Resources Manager to help us get to the next level.

We expect the following results from the candidate

• Time savings for the Managing director;
• Successfully hired and properly onboarded employees;
• Assistance in implementing management tools and ensuring they remain up-to-date

In this role you will need to build many processes from scratch, tackle numerous tasks, and face challenging situations where employees may not understand or even resist the implementation of new management and control tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment: staffing needs, job descriptions, interviews, and hiring recommendations for more than 300 candidates per month sometimes.
• Develop and implement HR projects: contractual systems, KPIs, salary programs, social, educational, and consolidating initiatives.
• Facilitate onboarding: contract signing, policy familiarization, and orientation programs for new hires.
• Implement performance appraisals, provide feedback, and support development plans.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, visa processing, and workplace safety.
• Organize training programs to address skill gaps and boost employee productivity.
• Update and align HR policies with best practices and legal requirements.
• Coordinate payroll processing, manage employee benefits, and compensation.
• Implement engagement programs: surveys, recognition initiatives, and feedback sessions to retain talent.
• Resolve MOHRE complaints while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Manage permits and licenses: RTA driver permits, commercial licenses, and operational documentation.
• Prepare HR reports: recruitment, performance metrics, and employee turnover rates.

Requirements

• Experience in independently recruiting employees;
• Proficiency in PC or laptop use at an advanced user level;
• Higher education, preferably in Human Resource management, psychology, pedagogy, or management;
• Experience in building an HR function from scratch;
• Ability to supervise subordinates;
• Strong and competent writing skills;
• Willingness to learn intensively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
