: We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, managing the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy to support organizational growth and employee engagement.
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
• Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee development.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
• Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits administration, and ensure competitive remuneration packages in line with industry standards.
• Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.
• HR Policies and Procedures: Update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a structured and fair workplace.
• HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within the facilities management or related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
