:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee our HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations and address workplace issues professionally.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and facilitate sessions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR management in Dubai or the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferred: Experience working with ServiceM8 or similar job management software.
