We're looking for an exceptional HR Manager to join our team!

You're a match if you:

- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management
- Are knowledgeable in HR processes, metrics, and analytics
- Are fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian (written and spoken)
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Are proficient with PC tools and software
- Have a professional, presentable appearance
- Demonstrate high levels of empathy and strategic thinking
- Are highly self-organized and goal-oriented
- Reside in Dubai

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing HR documentation and ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Overseeing the complete HR lifecycle (onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, exit interviews, and more)
- Organizing and facilitating events, including educational sessions and two annual corporate events
- Supporting the development of a strong corporate culture
- Contributing to our employer brand and reputation
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, rules, and standards
- Assisting in process optimization
- Handling other tasks as assigned by the management team
