A well established Facilities Management Company located in Ras Al Khor Dubai, is seeking to hire an experienced Female H R Manager, with a minimum of 3 years experience in handling the overall functions related to Human Resources. Excellent communication skills and a high level of correspondence is desirable. Some of the main responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
• Training and development and executing HR change initiatives thru internal auditing and job role review.
• Accountable for recruitment, selection, EMP on boarding, comprising of induction training, time attendance.
• Ensuring HR Matters are fairly handled and consistently, in line with company requirements and local employment laws.
• Maintain leave records, approvals, excess vacation, attendance and late comings.
• Manage lease rentals with regards to contractual policy, office buildings and labour accommodations.
• Managing employee details ( Visa / Passport - expiry / renewal)
• Creating a safe work environment and handling disciplinary actions.
• Medical and Health Insurance mamagement
• Apply claims for Vehicle fleet, workmen compensation and maintain data of visa issuance. Undertake accident claims, new vehicles, insurance renewal, registration etc.
• Overseeing all aspects of Trade Licence renewals, municipality permissions, ministry of labour approvals and free zone license renewals.
