Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract skilled talent in landscaping and pool services.
Manage the entire hiring process from job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Create and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and manage professional development programs for employees.
Organize safety training for workers in landscaping and pool maintenance roles.
Implement team-building and skill development activities.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and issues.
Manage conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
Promote a positive and safe work environment.
Performance Management:
Develop performance evaluation systems to monitor and enhance employee productivity.
Set up performance appraisals and develop improvement plans when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company goals and objectives.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and occupational safety standards.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documents.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage payroll processes, employee benefits, and compensation structures.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
Oversee employee leave, attendance, and medical insurance policies.
HR Strategy:
Work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business needs.
Participate in strategic planning to support company growth and development.
Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4-5 years of proven experience in HR management, preferably in construction, landscaping, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
Experience in managing HR operations in a landscaping, swimming pool, or construction-related company.
