Dubai, UAE SALARY: 26,000 AED - 35,000 AED PER: Month TERM: PermanentJob Purpose: Ensure high-quality and prompt delivery of daily HR operations and services (including salary administration) as well as provide support in consolidation of HR reports. Assists in developing and implementing policies and processes in the area of talent acquisition, performance management and strategic staffing. Implementing initiatives aimed at driving HR functional excellence within the business, leading organizational change initiatives, succession planning and coordination of communication for internal training.Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Group HR to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
Business Partner with Business Unit Heads for day-to-day operations and aligning HR strategies and initiatives.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Talent Management which includes recruitment, onboarding and exit process.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Plays a part in nurturing a positive working environment and culture.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Manage the administration of compensation and benefits system.
Responsible for the timely and accurate monthly payroll.
Participate in regional/ local remuneration surveys and conduct periodic benchmarking for reviewing internal equity and external competitiveness for focused countries.
Manage the administration of the HR policies, procedure and programs.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Responsible for monthly HR metrics for reporting purposes.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and statutory requirements.
Shall be committed to upholding and promoting company values including a collective and personal responsibility to safety which may include various personnel safety KPI\'s set by management.
Attributes:
Minimum bachelor\'s degree or Diploma
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a HR Management role.
HR knowledge with a demonstrated capability to coordinate numerous activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
Experience in HR system and recruitment tools.
