Job Title: HR Manager (with Payroll Experience)
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in payroll management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions while ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices, including those related to payroll.
• Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and employee training programs.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws, regulations, and payroll tax requirements.
• Analyze HR metrics and payroll data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure budget adherence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role and substantial payroll expertise.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation (e.g., FLSA, IRS regulations).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
