We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing cleaning services company. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes to ensure the company's workforce is productive, well-supported, and aligned with business objectives. The HR Manager will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires, ensuring the company attracts and retains qualified cleaning staff.

- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.

- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, providing feedback and coaching to improve employee performance and satisfaction.

- Training & Development: Create and manage training programs to ensure staff are skilled in cleaning practices, safety procedures, and customer service.

- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure all HR policies are up to date and in compliance with labor laws and industry standards. Maintain records for health, safety, and attendance.

- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits programs, and incentives to ensure competitive compensation and employee satisfaction.

- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and ensure the right number of employees are in place for peak cleaning seasons.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the cleaning, hospitality, or service sector.

- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with HR software and recruitment platforms.

IMPORTANT
