As HR Manager for VWTS UAE, you will be responsible for all the HR lifecycle activities of recruitment, onboarding, career development, engagement and offboarding in addition to all the everyday HR operations including but not limited to Payroll Management.

• You will be a business partner with various interactions with the business to meet the evolving needs.
• You will also be the go-to person for all employee relations and employee-related issues.
• You will be responsible for employee experience and ensuring the workplace is high in engagement.
• Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture will also be part of your role.

Main Responsibilities

• Developing and monitoring overall HR tactics, processes, procedures and policies across UAE for VWTS
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other legal and compliance issues
• Managing the recruitment and selection process as well as the onboarding
• Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of employees
• Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assessing learning and development needs to ensure the career progression of the employees
• Nurturing a positive working environment
• Supporting in maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs by participating to salary surveys and reviewing regularly the market evolution
• Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics and Dashboards
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout all decisions
• Ensuring data integrity in all HR systems
• Payroll Management
• Insurance Management
• Social reporting and payroll & financial audits as required

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
• Knowledge of HR best practices
• Continuous improvement mindset
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Previous Management of Payroll
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
