Ensure high-quality and prompt delivery of daily HR operations and services as well as provide support in consolidation of HR reports. Assists in developing and implementing policies and processes in the area of talent assessment, performance management and strategic staffing. Implementing initiatives aimed at driving HR functional excellence within the business, leading organizational change initiatives, succession planning and coordination of communication for internal training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Manage the administration of compensation and benefits system
• Participate in regional/ local remuneration surveys and conduct periodic benchmarking for reviewing internal equity and external competitiveness for focused countries.
• Manage the administration of the HR policies, procedure and programs
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Biennial revision of job descriptions
• Compile and prepare monthly HR metrics for reporting purposes
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
