• 1. Develop employee handbooks and establish the company's employee key performance index system.
• 2. Responsible for improving the establishment of the human resources system and process system and improving the efficiency of human resources operations; focusing on talent development and training system construction, designing effective personnel growth paths and training plans, formulating plans and following up on implementation, from talent retention, growth, promotion Provide managers with more comprehensive and accurate suggestions and program guidance from a perspective;
• 3. Formulate recruitment strategies to help accelerate the completion of the company's strategic layout;
• 4. Conduct regular organizational inventory and conduct organizational diagnosis of the business to provide support for the development of the team. Apply professional theories, methods, and tools to provide the business team with comprehensive solutions and participate in implementation, including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations and other human resources work ;
• 5. Actively go deep into the front line of business, collect and gain insight into employees' needs, resolve reasonable demands, create a positive team atmosphere, and promote the formation of company culture and rapid business development.
