HR Manager Vacancy, we are looking for an experienced and talented HR Manager for our firm, location Dubai.
Payroll Management.
Handling onboarding and off-boarding processes.
Knowledge of ERP - HR Module.
Coordinating induction training for newly hired employees.
Working with the PRO (Public Relation Officers) with regards to -Employees new work permit/visa applications, knowledge of UAE Labor Law
Residence visa and labor card renewals.
Labor Contract Amendments.
Outside and inside country labor and immigration cancellations.
Quota applications Trade license yearly renewal
Establishment card renewals.
Lease agreements and EJARI yearly renewals.
Labor Signatory Card amendments.
Tracking visa applications through Ministry of Labor and UAE immigration company logins.
Coordinating in the process of group and individual insurance, providing the database of employees with all the required information and documents, updating with addition and deletions with regards to new visas and cancellations.
Preparing certificates such and experience letters, NOC's, acknowledgment letters etc.
Coordinating with the accounts department for the PRO transactions and payments (Cash and online) and payment clearances (Cash and online)
Record Keeping and Scanning of documents.
Calling and scheduling Interviews.
Managing medical and life insurance-related issues, vacation entitlement, attendance, sick leaves, daily task, etc.
Any other task assigned by Management.
