Job Description

Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the human resources function. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager plays a critical role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure a productive, compliant, and employee-friendly workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Employee Relations:

Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.Foster a positive working environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary actions as necessary.

Performance Management:

Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.Identify training and development needs and create programs to enhance employee skills.

Training and Development:

Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.Policy Development and Implementation:Develop and update HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Communicate HR policies and procedures to all employees.

Compensation and Benefits:

Manage employee compensation and benefits programs.Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for salary adjustments.Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant with legal standards.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support the organization's goals.Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes and policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
