• Source and attract top talent through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Make compelling job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
• Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in payroll preparation and administration when necessary.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Provide guidance on HR best practices and policies to managers and employees.
• Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
