As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair treatment.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Design and implement employee benefits programs and policies.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment and foster company culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees at all levels.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR executive roles.
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
