Hiring a Real Estate-Focused HR Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, with a specific focus on the real estate industry

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Lead the recruitment process for all real estate positions, including agents, brokers, and support staff.
• Develop targeted job descriptions and sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the UAE real estate market (whichever is relevant).
• Conduct effective screening interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates with the skills and experience required.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and company culture.
• Develop and implement real estate-specific training programs for new hires and existing agents.
• Performance Management and Employee Relations:
• Oversee the implementation of performance management systems specific to the real estate industry (e.g., sales targets, client satisfaction metrics).
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for real estate agents.
• Manage employee relations, including handling disciplinary actions and terminations as per local regulations
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
• Compliance and Legal Matters:
• Stay up-to-date on relevant labor laws and regulations in India or Europe, specifically those pertaining to the real estate industry.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
• Manage employee benefits programs and payroll administration.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in HR Management, preferably within the real estate industry in India or Europe (whichever is relevant).
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of real estate industry trends, challenges, and best practices for talent acquisition.
• Experience in developing and delivering real estate-specific training programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in HR software and technologies.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
