: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a specialization in hiring to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent that aligns with Seven Seas Overseas values and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, a keen understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to foster positive candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
• Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source potential candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates using structured methodologies.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional impression of Seven Seas Overseas.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, provide feedback, and facilitate the decision-making process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
• Stay informed about trends and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruiting activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a focus on recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS software.
• Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.
