Role Description

This is a full-time HR Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and overseeing the PRO process. Managing HR role for multiple companies under same group management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR officer in Dubai
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai labor laws and regulations
• Familiarity with the PRO process
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
• Can do attitude
• Well experience of onboarding, offboarding and trainings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE HR: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
