Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support the companys overall strategic objectives.
  • Experience working in Real Estate Company.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Develop and maintain effective employee relations programs, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to employment, health, and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payment of wages and salaries.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans to meet production targets.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and incorporate them into the companys HR strategy.
Qualifications and Skill Set:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in the steel fabrication industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements applicable to the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
