Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company\'s goals and objectives
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment
  • Manage employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall success of the company
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the technology/Telecom industry
  • Strong knowledge of UAE HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
