The Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department in CNS India office including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This role requires a strategic and operational approach to human resource management, ensuring that the company's human capital serves the best interests of the business.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing grievances and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring it is objective, fair, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.
Compliance & Legal:
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures.
  • Oversee benefit administration including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and create development programs for employees at all levels.
  • Facilitate leadership development initiatives.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
