Recruitment and Onboarding: - Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. - Conduct informative orientation sessions to acquaint new employees with the company culture, policies, and procedures.2.
