As the HR Manager you will be responsible for a total of 450 employees and be involved in a full 360 HR scope from day to day operations and team management to strategic implementation and working very closely with stakeholders.The Key responsibilities will include:Implementing the HR policy\'s and procedures, assisting with the implementation of a HR System and building the framework of HR.Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding top talent. Develop retention strategies to ensure employee engagement and longevity.HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectivenessManaging the HR function with a total of 2 direct reports, reporting into the boardCompensation and Benefits: Oversee the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Budget Management: Develop and manage the HR budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenditures.Leadership and Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing HR team. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
