Our client is looking to hire a dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources within their organization, an ideal candidate will be one with a with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive job descriptions and postings.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Cultivate a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating effective communication.
- Mediate conflicts and promote employee satisfaction and engagement.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel records and documents.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Support continuous learning and skill development initiatives.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Assist employees with benefit inquiries and claims.
- Stay updated on industry trends in benefits and compensation.
Performance Management:
- Establish and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Provide guidance and support for employee goal setting and career development.
HR Strategy and Talent Management:
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Assist in workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
- Proven HR Manager experience with 360-degree operations in recruitment, payroll, and HR administration and visa policies.
- Strong compliance knowledge and experience with employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in recruitment strategies, onboarding, and conflict resolution.
- Expertise in HR policy development and benefits administration.
- Performance appraisal leadership and feedback skills.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional organizational abilities.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a mid-sized company (20-60 employees) preferred.
