As the HR Manager you will be responsible for a team of 9 HR professionals and report directly to the HRD for a large multinational organisation. You will have strong leadership skills, credibility and capability to run HR strategy, employee engagement and have a strong understanding of local labour laws.
The Key responsibilities of this role will include
Managing & Running the HR team which includes 9 direct reports Working with the HRD to create a compelling people strategy and continue to build an organisational culture that aligns with the company\'s objectives and employee needs
Oversees the daily work flow of the HR employees and streamlining on boarding and general HR processes
Compensation recommendation and policy implementation in line with Labour laws
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retaining of employees
Creates professional development plans for all direct reports
Bridge managers and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages

The Successful candidate will have/be
A minimum of 10 years experience in HR
4-5 years track record of managing with in the HR space
Be able to work collaboratively
Strong understanding of local labour laws and processes as well as proven track record of implementing policy\'s and procedures
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
