The Role
Our Global Architectural Design Consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced HR Leader to join their team in Dubai, UAE. Successful candidates will have extensive Office, HR and Admin Management experience. Successful candidates must have worked in a design consultancy company and environment previously. This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity employed directly by our client. Responsibilities: o This position is a unique opportunity to be part of a high growth organization within the Architectural Design Consultancy field. o This role partners directly with business leaders to manage all activity related to talent, linking talent and culture to the success and strength of the team. o This position interfaces in all aspects of the HR lifecycle to help the teams succeed through HR focused initiatives and practices. o The Manager - Human Resources, is a team player and works directly with the Senior Management to support the overall success for a defined client group within the business. o This role partners with other professionals, and is the link between the business team and the HR function. o Review current HR policies and procedures and create and implement new ones in accordance with the General Manager o Ensure adherence of HR policies and procedures by all employees across the organisation. o Responsible for handling employee relations, employee engagements, grievances, and performance management. o Act as an HR Business Partner for employees across the Middle East region. o Manage the day-to-day HR operations across the organisation including employee contracts, visa processing overseeing the payroll responsibility with the HR Payroll Officer, expenses, annual leave, etc. o Ensure up to date Labour Laws are being followed, with regular updating of contracts within the Business o Lead by example and take on the responsibility of establishing a healthy and vibrant work culture across the organisation
Requirements
HR Manager Experience: o Post graduate training in Human Resources or Management preferred. o Minimum 7 years' experience in Human Resources. o Understanding of Executive Recruiting practices, succession planning, training, and development resources, both internally and externally. o Proven track record of assessing HR program effectiveness and creating & executing talent strategies that drive business results. o Ability to influence and drive change management initiatives required.
