Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Handle visa procedures
- Implement Emiratisation strategies
2. Employee Relations
- Oversee performance management
- Address employee grievances
- Manage training and development programs
3. Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll and benefits
- Ensure WPS compliance
- Manage leave administration
4. Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
- Maintain and update HR policies
- Prepare HR reports
- Manage PRO services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Minimum one (1) year of HR experience in the UAE
