Tasks & Responsibilities????
1. According to the company's development strategy, formulate the human resources strategic
plan, and comprehensively consider the staff echelon construction;

2. Establish the company's HR management system, salary and welfare system, performance
incentive system and corporate culture system;

3. Responsible for the implementation of the company's HR strategic plan, formulate and
organize the implementation of the phased human resources strategy plan, and propose the
organization setting and job responsibil ity design plan according to the company's strategic
development plan; Lead subordinates to develop and improve the job description of each
position according to the organizational structure of the company, and propose reasonable
staffing plans; Put forwar d suggestions for improvement of the company's organizational
structure from time to time.

4. Responsible for all the affairs of HR fu n ction , responsible for the recruitment work of the staff
team, guiding the training work; Responsible for remuneration and assessment work; guide the
administration o f labor contracts and insurance ; Responsible for handling labor disputes
between employees and the company and timely re solution.

Qualification (Minimum Requirement for this position)????
1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. Human resources, business administration and related majors;

3. Experience in HR recruitment, training, planning and compensation in automotive indust ry;

4. More than 10 years HR related working experience and more than 5 years team management
experience

5. With an international perspective, rich management, education and supervision skills

6. Having good professional ethics, rigorous work style, high sense of career and responsibility,
