We are urgently hiring for a profession HR Manager Assistant who will provides administrative support to the HR department and assists in various HR functions. The HR Manager assistant will handle employee documentation, assist in recruitment activities, and provide general assistance to HR staff. The HR Manager Assistant also maintains employee records and ensures compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain employee documentation, such as contracts and agreements.
Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate screening.
Provide support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Answer employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
Assist in organizing and scheduling HR-related meetings and events.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Stay updated on HR-related laws and regulations.
Proven experience as an HR Assistant.
Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
