: HR Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 8k to 10k

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced strong HR Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of managerial experience in the UAE, handling diverse HR functions for a workforce of 200+ employees. This role requires expertise in UAE labor laws, end-to-end visa processing, employee insurance, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing payroll, attendance, onboarding, offboarding, HRMS, and ensuring seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR operations for 200+ employees, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and organizational policies.
• Handle the end-to-end visa process for employees, including renewals, cancellations, and labor approvals.
• Manage employee health insurance plans, claims, and renewals in compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, induction programs, and offboarding processes, including end-of-service (EOS) settlements.
• Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary disbursements, allowances, and deductions.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and maintain the database to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
• Collaborate with department heads to support performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives.
• Lead the HR team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental objectives.
• Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of managerial HR experience in the UAE
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and compliance regulations.
• Proven experience with payroll systems, HRMS software, and attendance management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing HR functions in diverse industries.
• Certification in HR or related fields (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
