Job Description

:We are currently working with a long-standing local Architecture & Engineering Consultancy company based in Abu Dhabi looking for a HR Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join their team.The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and administration within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices in the architectural and engineering industry.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, including resolving workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate employee performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and career development initiatives.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Handle employee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
  • Lead and mentor HR staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to address HR-related issues and support business growth initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on architecture and engineering consulting firms.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
