- Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the office - HR policies implementation, employee benefit programs, HRIS, coordinate with PRO on licenses compliance and rentals up to date, other admin tasks
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process; including coordination with recruitment agency partners.
