We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing all HR functions and ensuring the organization's human capital is managed effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Lead initiatives for process improvement within the HR department Supervise and provide guidance to HR staff Manage workers' compensation claims and related processes Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic planning initiatives Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures

Requirements

Proven experience in HR management roles Strong knowledge of recruiting practices and employment laws Ability to present effectively to diverse audiences Experience in process improvement and change management Proficiency in supervising and mentoring staff Familiarity with workers' compensation processes Must have 3-4 years of experience in UAE
