Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation structures. Foster a positive and engaging work culture. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR management (minimum 5 years. Strong knowledge of labor laws of Saudia Arabia and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
