We are seeking a new HR MANAGER / DOH LICENSING OFFICER (MALE ONLY)
YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THE CURRENT MOHRE/TAMM PORTAL and have excellent knowledge of the current UAE labor law.
You must be capable to hire registered nurses and other job positions as per needed.
You must be capable of efficiently supporting and leading your team to deliver the following:
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Responsible for DOH licensing system and renewal of licenses
• Assist in preparing HR documents, visa renewal, employment contracts and new hire processes for new staff recruitment both local and international hire.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Manage all personnel records to include all internal databases. (e.g. sick leave, annual leave disciplinary records etc)
• Establish on-boarding/induction processes and protocols.
• Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues.
• Assist the payroll department by ensuring accurate relevant employee information is provide on time.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
• Male HR candidate with homecare experience
• PROVEN work experience in handling Human Resources Department
• PROVEN expewrience in preparation and facilitating healthcare audits with DOH, TASNEEF and ADHICS
• Excellent computer literacy with MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and delegate to your team
• Outstanding communication skills are a must to deliver this role
• Strong interpersonal skill
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
• Homecare HR / Licensing: 2 years (Preferred)
