HR Strategy & Policies: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the overall business strategy. Identify areas for improvement in internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE HR legal requirements and HR laws and regulations. Represent the company in front of ADGM free zone authorities for all HR matters. Track visa expirations and ensure timely renewals. Manage legal documentation compliance.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the full talent acquisition process, including job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. Champion the onboarding process to ensure clarity and connection between staff roles and the company vision.
Recruitment & Training: Assist in recruitment efforts, establish orientation, and provide training programs to prepare employees for assignments.
Performance Management: Facilitate the performance management process, ensuring successful completion of appraisals during probation and annual cycles. Provide management with insights for further analysis and decision-making.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation structures, benefits packages, and bonus programs. Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate disbursements in collaboration with external payroll providers.
Payroll Management: Manage payroll operations across all entities to ensure timely and accurate payments, compliance with company policies, and alignment with UAE labour laws.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Track key HR metrics, such as time-to-hire, employee turnover, and compensation benchmarking. Use data-driven reports to provide actionable insights for senior leadership. Leverage HR data to identify trends and support workforce planning.
Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, contracts, and personnel records. Ensure compliance with internal policies.
Health Insurance & Employee Benefits: Oversee the management of employee health insurance and other company-provided benefits.
HR Operational Support: Provide operational support to the HR department, assisting with ad-hoc HR projects and process improvements.
Visas: Oversee the entire visa process for employees, including residence visa issuance and cancellations.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Master\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR, (CIPD or equivalent qualification preferred).
Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, visa regulations, and payroll compliance.
Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS/HRMS), payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Emotional intelligence and excellent decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical skills and experience in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
