Job Summary:


The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organization. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policies, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all departments. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Manage and optimize the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring processes.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support as necessary. Foster a positive working environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve retention and morale.

Performance Management:

Lead the performance management process, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and developing personal development plans. Ensure alignment of employee performance with organizational goals and objectives. Provide feedback and coaching to employees and managers on performance and development opportunities.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training and development programs. Support career development opportunities and succession planning for key roles. Ensure employees are properly trained on company policies, safety protocols, and job-specific skills.

HR Policies & Compliance:

Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that are aligned with organizational objectives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure legal compliance and recommend improvements.

Compensation & Benefits:

Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the industry. Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and any related systems. Regularly review and update compensation strategies to retain talent.

Team Management:

Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities. Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR practices are aligned with operational goals. Create and maintain a positive, supportive, and efficient team culture.

HR Reporting & Analytics:

Provide regular reports on HR activities and performance metrics to senior leadership. Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare monthly dashboards for HR activities such as turnover rates, recruitment progress, and employee engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field . Minimum 10years of UAE experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of HR policies,UAE labor laws. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and MS Office Suite. CHRM ,CIPD certification is plus .
Salary Range - AED 15,000 - AED 30,000 (depends upon the experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
